  2. Beliefs are what we consciously adopted (since we have been children) and we modeled from our parents and took on whatever messages we were getting at home.

In addition, the other part is focus in life.

  • If your focus is on just doing or not getting sick, then you will be starting to look after your weight only when you get sick.
  • If your focus is on not being overweight, then guess what you are going to get…
